Delivery
Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with MoonSleepBeds.co.uk. It's a small way we can say thank you for your order.
MoonSleepBeds offers a premium two-man delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only*).
*To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery charge may apply to remote areas.
Please note:
The following post codes below will incur an additional £40 charge: AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, EX, FK, KA, IV, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ and TA
Northern Ireland deliveries will be charged an additional £100 charge and it will take minimum 10 working days for a bed.
Our delivery days
Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
Our handmade beds can take between 7 to 10 working days, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.
