1. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a payment service that lets you buy now and pay later in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks. There’s no interest — just an easy way to spread your cost.
Late fees may apply if payments are missed.
This service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd.
2. How do I use Clearpay on Moon Sleep Beds?
Shopping with Clearpay is simple:

Add your favourite Moon Sleep Beds items to your cart.

Select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout.

You’ll be redirected to the Clearpay website to create an account or log in.

Provide your payment details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

Complete your order — that’s it!
3. Where can I use Clearpay?
You can use Clearpay across a wide range of online stores, including Moon Sleep Beds. To explore more participating retailers, visit the official Clearpay Shop Directory.
4. Who can use Clearpay?
Clearpay is available to:

Permanent UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding Channel Islands)

Customers with a valid UK billing address
If you have an international billing address, you won’t be able to create or use a Clearpay account.

5. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
Clearpay splits your total purchase into 4 instalments, payable every two weeks.
You’ll see the exact payment dates and amounts before confirming your order.
You can also make early payments by logging into your Clearpay account anytime — the remaining balance will adjust automatically.
6. What if I can’t make a payment?
If you’re unable to make an instalment, please contact Clearpay as soon as possible.
When a payment is missed:

Your Clearpay account will be temporarily paused for new purchases.

You’ll have until 11 pm the next day to make your repayment.

If payment is still not received, a £6 late fee will apply.

A second £6 fee may apply if it remains unpaid for 7 days.
Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24, and won’t exceed 25% of your order total (max £36) for larger purchases.
Clearpay may pass overdue debts to a collection agency, which can affect your future ability to use Clearpay. Please use Clearpay responsibly and refer to their official Terms of Service for details.
7. When will my Moon Sleep Beds order be delivered?
Orders placed using Clearpay are delivered according to our standard delivery times — there’s no delay to shipping.
8. Is there a spending limit with Clearpay?
Yes. To use Clearpay, your total order (including shipping) must be between Moon Sleep Beds’ minimum order value and £1,000.
Your individual spending limit may vary depending on your payment history or if you’re a new Clearpay customer.
9. Can I combine Clearpay with another payment method?
Absolutely. You can use a Moon Sleep Beds gift card or discount code along with Clearpay to complete your purchase.
10. How do returns work with Clearpay?
Returns are handled just like any other Moon Sleep Beds order.

When your return is processed, we’ll refund the amount directly to Clearpay.

Any future instalments will be cancelled, and any payments already made will be refunded to your original card.

Please note: until we confirm receipt of your returned items, you must continue paying your scheduled Clearpay instalments.
